INDUSTRY EVENTS

Building Wellness run industry events to raise awareness around mental health, suicide prevention, and offers a platform for community connection, conversation, and change by promoting wellbeing tools and practice in our region and the construction sector.

Watch this space for upcoming events, including Tools to Talk breakfasts and industry-led collaborations such as Tradies Tools Down.

Tools to Talk is an event designed to raise awareness of mental health in the construction sector and form a community where people can share knowledge and tools around business solutions, wellbeing, and how to build a culture that fosters it.

This event is relevant for all people working in the residential and commercial building, civil, infrastructure, engineering spaces, and the related trades, including those who don’t work on the coal face but regularly interact with industry.

Join us at Tools to Talk and take a step towards normalising conversations around mental health and take positive action by creating more mentally fit and resilient workplaces.
